Terms of Service

The Service monitors Counter-Strike game servers: rankings, player statistics, maps, modes and voting for servers. The core features are free.

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam and related names and logos are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

The Service is owned by a private individual and is not a company. Questions and requests can be sent to support@csarena.net.

Voting, adding servers and some other features require an account. Accounts are available to people aged 16 and over. When signing up you separately confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

The Service does not verify users' age and relies on your confirmation. The Service is not responsible for users providing false information about their age. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the use of the Service by a person under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 16, we may delete it.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change your password and let us know.

Logins must not contain profanity, slurs, 18+ content or advertising, and must not impersonate the Service's staff or another person.

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

Only add servers you manage or have the owner's permission to list. Ownership can be verified with a code in the server's hostname or tags. A verified owner may take a server over from the account that added it earlier.

Servers found in the public Steam server list may be added automatically, without the owner's involvement. The owner can verify ownership and manage the server's page, or ask us to hide the server by writing to support@csarena.net.

Server names, descriptions and tags must not contain:

• profanity, slurs or hate speech;
• 18+ content;
• advertising of or links to cheats, or sales of cheats and other unfair-play tools;
• fraud, phishing, gambling or other illegal services;
• false information about the server, its player count, mode or country.

Links to the server's own website, including sales of privileges (VIP, admin rights, etc.), are allowed.

Servers must not artificially inflate their player count (bots passed off as players, spoofed server responses). The Service estimates the real number of players and may show and rank by that number only.

We may reject, hide, return to moderation, block or remove a server that breaks these rules, has been unreachable for a long time or harms the Service. Some checks are automated.

You can vote for a server at most once per day per account and IP address. Rankings are based on votes for the current month.

Vote manipulation is forbidden: scripts and bots, multiple accounts, buying votes or otherwise getting around the limits.

If we detect manipulation, we may void votes, lower or remove the server from the rankings and block the accounts involved.

The Service may offer paid server promotion (such as VIP placement) and advertising spots. The price, duration and conditions are agreed before payment.

If a paid service was not provided through our fault, we will refund the unprovided part. If a server is blocked for breaking these terms, the remaining period is not refunded.

Advertising on the Service must not break the forbidden content rules. We may refuse any advertisement without giving a reason.

Server information (name, map, players, player count) comes from the servers' own public responses and from the public Steam server list and is shown "as is". We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always available.

The ping shown on the site is an estimate based on distance; the game shows the exact value. The number of real players is estimated automatically and may differ from the actual number.

Player nicknames that break the rules (profanity, 18+, links) are hidden automatically.

• trying to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or data;
• creating excessive load, including through mass automated requests;
• sending spam or impersonating the Service's staff or other people;
• using the Service to break the law.

For violations we may restrict access to the Service or block the account.

The design, texts and code of the Service belong to its owner. Server names, descriptions and images belong to their owners. By adding a description or image you allow the Service to display it in the monitoring.

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for third-party game servers, their content, rules or administrators, or for third-party websites linked from the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; the date is shown at the top. We will try to give notice of significant changes in advance. By continuing to use the Service you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, disputes are handled as provided by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. This does not take away rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.

These terms are written in Russian. Translations are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancies the Russian version prevails.
